This page introduces basic knowledge about the dissolution of rubber. General raw rubber (synthetic rubber, natural rubber) comes in a block form called a "bale," which is a rectangular solid weighing about 35 kg. If this bale is directly placed into a dissolution tank, it can cause accidents or malfunctions, so it must be processed through a "roll mill" to be stretched into a thin sheet.
